About Kendra Faye

Kendra Faye is a facilitator, artist, and ceremony holder who invites people to slow down, come back to their bodies, and rediscover a more awake, aware relationship with themselves.
Her work brings together sound healing, guided meditation, movement, and one-on-one mentorship to create experiences that are deeply restorative and often unexpectedly transformative. In her sessions and gatherings, people find space to let go — of tension, of noise, and of the habits that keep them disconnected from themselves.
For more than two decades, Kendra has studied and worked alongside Indigenous healers and ceremonial leaders, learning about the relationship between sound, plants, ritual, and the living world. These experiences have shaped her deep respect for the intelligence of the body, the rhythms of nature, and the importance of approaching healing work with humility and care.
Kendra hosts intimate ceremonies, group sound journeys, and wellness experiences where the atmosphere is warm, unhurried, and supportive. She also works with people individually, accompanying them through periods of growth and transition — helping them clarify what matters most, release what no longer serves them, and move forward with greater ease and confidence.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: when the body feels safe and genuinely supported, something begins to open. Energy moves. New possibilities emerge. That is the invitation Kendra extends to everyone she works with.
