PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session or space in any offering, including Sound Healing, Mentorships, Music as Medicine, and Custom Experiences.

 

Cancellations and rescheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge not received at least hours in advance unless due to a bon fide urgent situation. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.

 

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to honor scheduled timing. No-shows are non-refundable.

 

For Custom Experiences, cancellation terms will be outlined separately in the project agreement.

 

If a session or engagement is canceled by the practitioner, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

All content, recordings, and materials shared across any offering are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission. Offerings are subject to change or cancellation as needed. Payment in full is due at booking. No session, mentorship, or Custom Experience is held without confirmed payment. Custom Experience engagements may require a deposit, with remaining payment terms outlined in the project agreement.

DISCLAIMER & WAIVER

Sound Healing, Mentorships, Music as Medicine, and Custom Experiences are complementary
wellness practices intended to support relaxation, awareness, and overall well-being. These sessions do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for licensed healthcare. By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

 

LIABILITY WAIVER

By booking or participating in any session, mentorship, group offering, or Custom Experience, you agree to take full responsibility for your experience. You release the practitioner from any liability related to physical, emotional, or psychological responses that may arise during or after participation, whether in-person or online.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original music, compositions, arrangements, recordings, guided sessions, soundscapes, and creative materials produced or shared by the practitioner — across all offerings including Sound Healing, Mentorships, Music as Medicine, and Custom Experiences — remain the sole intellectual property of the practitioner unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, publish, record, or share any session content, materials, or recordings without prior written consent. For Custom Experiences and creative collaborations, a separate Intellectual Property & Co-Creation Agreement will be provided and must be signed prior to commencement.

PRIVACY

Any personal information shared — including contact details, intake forms, or project briefs — is kept confidential and used solely for communication, scheduling, and providing services. Your information will never be sold or shared without your consent, unless required by law.
